Such a nice hotel and exceptional customer service. We had the best time from check in through checkout. People at reception especially Hussayn was excellent, very helpful and well mannered. Breakfast was exquisite. F/b manager Emil was super friendly and helpful, guided us with the insights about our visit to the country. Other staff especially Ilona and Emil were very sweet, friendly and helpful. It was most conveniently the best service we have received in a long time. They all made us feel very special and welcomed. Will definitely visit again if get the chance.

The staff was very nice and friendly … the rooms were perfect and neat.. the renovation of the hotel finished a month ago so everything was in perfect and brand new condition The owner and the manager provided everything we asked and any help needed in baku The hotel is in a perfect location .. only walkable distance to nizami street and metro station There is a supermarket in the same building which is 24 HR.. the management even allowed us for late check out at night as our flight was at 11 pm
