Well located in the Sabayil district of Baku, Kilim Boutique Hotel is located 300 metres from Palace of The Shirvanshahs, 400 metres from Maiden Tower and 1.4 km from Azerbaijan Carpet Museum. The hotels staff were so polite and friendly. Speaks English very well. Kilim Boutique Hotel is budget friendly too, It's better to check in Kilim compared to other hotels because it's just 2 min walk to Nizami Street. I love the interior of it, I think it is modern-industrial + brutalism interior style. Everything was light and bright. Very clean room, clean towels and bath robes, very cozy, very comfortable bed matress and bed linen, no insects or bed bugs and most of all new hotel.

The location is great, in the heart of the old town of Baku. The place was quiet, and the guy at the reception was truly the best, super friendly and always to provide the best service possible. The room was large, the bed confortable and the shower super clean. I appreciated the breakfast, that was quite good as well. Highly recommended place !

Staff was very helpful,at reception Javed and the lady at night shift. Must say breakfast was very good. The room was spacious and clean. thanks to the chef for preparing take away breakfast at early morning departure. Highly recommended.

Overlooking the Caspian Sea and Baku Old Town district with the Shirvanshahs’ Palace, this 5-star hotel features a restaurant and lounge, a bar and an indoor swimming pool. The staff are amazing and they offered us complementary drink because rooms were not ready when we arrived. They also offered us great compensation including free lunch due to some inconvenience of a trip booked by the hotel. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. the swimming pool is great and very clean. the facilities in general are amazing. The hotel manager was very helpful and understanding. Location is perfect.
