The hotels staff were so polite and friendly. Speaks English very well. Kilim Boutique Hotel is budget friendly too, It's better to check in Kilim compared to other hotels because it's just 2 min walk to Nizami Street. I love the interior of it, I think it is modern-industrial + brutalism interior style. Everything was light and bright. Very clean room, clean towels and bath robes, very cozy, very comfortable bed matress and bed linen, no insects or bed bugs and most of all new hotel.

Very cozy, spacious rooms in traditional style. The location is nice too; situated within Old Baku so all historic locations are just a stroll away. The staff is very helpful and friendly! They also have 2 cats (aptly named Director and Manager). Typically at least one is on duty in the lobby - sometimes both if you’re lucky.

ART Gallery Hotel is located in the center of Baku, next to the old city wall. The property is located in the historical center of Baku just 25 meters from Maiden Tower. Very friendly staff in the hotel, especially at the breakfast area barista can’t really remember his name, & front desk employee shams very kind and helpful

Located in the historical center of Baku, inside the ancient fortress walls of the 12th century, Two Seasons Boutique Hotel Baku provides free WiFi. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Staff was very helpful,at reception Javed and the lady at night shift. Must say breakfast was very good. The room was spacious and clean. thanks to the chef for preparing take away breakfast at early morning departure. Highly recommended.

Overlooking the Caspian Sea and Baku Old Town district with the Shirvanshahs’ Palace, this 5-star hotel features a restaurant and lounge, a bar and an indoor swimming pool. The staff are amazing and they offered us complementary drink because rooms were not ready when we arrived. They also offered us great compensation including free lunch due to some inconvenience of a trip booked by the hotel. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. the swimming pool is great and very clean. the facilities in general are amazing. The hotel manager was very helpful and understanding. Location is perfect.
