We had originally booked a King Room with a balcony , but on arrival for our 36th Wedding we had been up graded to a Superior Suite. The aesthetics and boutique ambience of this Hotel made our stay amazing. The staff were exceptional. The location was a short 5 min tram ride to the city, which made exploring the city really easy. The breakfast in the Terrace Restaurant is a must do...the food is sublime.

Room was spacious, clean and had a working aircon/heater. Happy I could open the window as I prefer fresh air. Bathroom was lovely and had a nice walk-in shower. Great extra toiletries. Didn't have breakfast here so cannot comment though did purchase a coffee, which was delicious! Friendly staff welcoming me and allowing me to check-in before official check-in time.

Great location close to cafes and tram into town and out to St Kilda. Room was clean and comfortable with small kitchen. Bed and pillows comfortable too.

Facilities were excellent! We were travelling with a baby and a toddler and the indoor playground and pool were amazing. The indoor pool was also a perfect temperature, nothing worse than an icy cold indoor pool. The building backs onto a park and public transport right on the doorstep. Concierge staff were lovely and very helpful. We'll be back.
