The Royce is located on Melbourne’s grand boulevard that connects the city’s finest luxury shopping on Collins Street, to world-class galleries and gardens and further to the beautiful bayside... We had originally booked a King Room with a balcony , but on arrival for our 36th Wedding we had been up graded to a Superior Suite. The aesthetics and boutique ambience of this Hotel made our stay amazing. The staff were exceptional. The location was a short 5 min tram ride to the city, which made exploring the city really easy. The breakfast in the Terrace Restaurant is a must do...the food is sublime.

The helpfulness of the staff was amazing. The restaurant attached to the hotel served excellent food and was convenient for the guests. Beautiful sunrises and views visible from the room. Underground parking was a bonus but a bit pricey.

View Melbourne has an enviably location situated within a short 10-minute tram ride to Melbourne's CBD and iconic attractions such as the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), Federation Square, and Marvel... Room was spacious, clean and had a working aircon/heater. Happy I could open the window as I prefer fresh air. Bathroom was lovely and had a nice walk-in shower. Great extra toiletries. Didn't have breakfast here so cannot comment though did purchase a coffee, which was delicious! Friendly staff welcoming me and allowing me to check-in before official check-in time.

Great location close to cafes and tram into town and out to St Kilda. Room was clean and comfortable with small kitchen. Bed and pillows comfortable too.

We were travelling with a baby and a toddler and the indoor playground and pool were amazing. The indoor pool was also a perfect temperature, nothing worse than an icy cold indoor pool. The building backs onto a park and public transport right on the doorstep. Concierge staff were lovely and very helpful. We'll be back.
