We loved everything about the property. The design and interior, it was cozy and warm, it was comfortable, the staff were amazing and location was awesome. We would definitely stay again.

Just 5 minutes’ walk from the University of Melbourne and Lygon Street, Essence Hotel Carlton offers rooms featuring a 32-inch flat-screen TV. The hotel was well priced considering the events happening in the city at the time. It was a good size room with modern features and good ammenities.

The apartment was very spacious for 8pax. Kitchen was fully equipped. Parking available in a gated compound which is a big plus point. On a separate note, we had an issue with the water tank which was leaking. the staff was very prompt in replying and coming down to check. they were very quick to activate and rectify the issue. i must say Lee, Leong and Seth were very efficient. Highly recommend.
