Situated in Melbourne, 800 metres from Melbourne Central Station, Zagame's House features accommodation with a fitness centre, private parking, a shared lounge and a restaurant. Excellent location - walking distance to the CBD and also Brunswick St, and the Carlton Gardens. The rooms were modern and thoughtfully designed with upscale fixtures, super quiet for sleeping, and felt like a little escape in the middle of the city! Fridges in the rooms was an added bonus, plus fast wifi, reasonable self-parking, and an amazing shower.

I forgot my passport and cash in my room safe and I can't thank them enough for keeping them safe for me to go back and pick them up. Exemplary service. Also the lady on night duty was very friendly and helpful about general knowledge about the city. Very comfortable room. Perfect location and parking were also highlights.

Just 5 minutes’ walk from the University of Melbourne and Lygon Street, Essence Hotel Carlton offers rooms featuring a 32-inch flat-screen TV. The hotel was well priced considering the events happening in the city at the time. It was a good size room with modern features and good ammenities.
