Comfortable bed, silent environment, good room temperature and darkness in the morning time (all these characteristics were very important to us as we slept in three different hotels that were noisy, had a lot of light in the morning or the bed was too hard). Amazing service: Elias, the guy at front desk, was extremely kind and he made sure we had a wonderful stay. We did not have breakfast there as we prefer going to a coffee shop. Tip: We found echo and bounce shop nearby and had a delicious bagel and hand made orange juice.

Situated in Brisbane, 1.2 km from Streets Beach and less than 1 km from The Gabba - Brisbane Cricket Ground, Charming heritage house in the heart of the city features air-conditioned accommodation... Really charming house in a decent neighbourhood not too far away from the CBD. The home had lots of space, a nice big dining room table, great outdoor space, and a nice bathroom + kitchen.

Great stay at this house! The house is very comfortable and spacious, perfect for large groups. The location is excellent, with plenty of public transportation options nearby, making it easy to get around. There's also a convenient Coles supermarket and a fantastic cafe just around the corner, which I highly recommend. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and cozy stay.

Clean, spacious and well laid out with all the facilities close to where we needed to be. Comfortable beds. professional friendly staff.

Just a 5-minute walk from the Brisbane Cricket Ground, Quest Woolloongabba offers a range of self-contained accommodation options. Guests enjoy access to a fitness centre and an outdoor terrace. I quite simply could not be happier with my stay. From the moment I arrived at the property I could not have felt more comfortable. It was all the little things that made it for me. Whomever designed and operates the property clearly knows what they are trying to achieve and they have nailed it. The proerpty sits in a great location not too far from the city and other services. There are fantastic easy public transport options close by and a a range of food and groccery stores. Inside the property is so well set up and kept so wonderfully clean. I stayed for multiple days during this trip and I didn't find myself wanting for anything during the stay. I loved that the property has a very up market look but such a relateable and friendly feel inside. The music in reception, the smiles on the team members. It just all adds up to a wonderful experience. My main commendation however would have to be to the staff!! All the staff that I have dealt with during the trip have been beyond kind, friendly and professional. I would like to make a special mention for Jess who showed the most wonderful courtesy. Lina who assisted with arranging some details during my stay, who even when there was a small snag in the details was still professional and friendly. Amazingly done. And the young man with the Trainee name badge. I hope that young man goes far within the role., I truly do. The service that he provided was phenomenal. There's something to be said for a hotel receptionist who can make a guest feel immediatley at ease with their service. I was surprised and as a guest of hotel flattered that he remembered me from a previous interaction. For the housekeeping team. THANK YOU. The rooms are immaculate and it was a pleasure bumping into you all in the hallways.
