The hotel is located at the quiet place, although not far from the city center. The tram station is a 2 minute walk, tram #2 arrives in about every 4-5 minutes and will take you to Swedenplatz in about 12 minutes. You might also enjoy a 30 minute walk like we did. The apartment is quite spacious, towels and toilet paper were at their place, everything was clean. The neighborhood is quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall I can definitely recommend the hotel to everyone

Objekt Brand Cozy Apartment nalazi se u Beču, u četvrti ‘20. Brigittenau’, na 2,9 km od znamenitosti Katedrala Sv. Stjepana i 3 km od znamenitosti Katolička crkva sv. Petra. The apartment was on the first floor, modern, new and very clean. We had 2 rooms apartment, each with very comfortable double bed. The bathroom is also new, with big shower and a washing machine. The kitchen area is also very big and clean, with an electric stove and a dishwasher. We also appreciated some kitchen essentials: salt, sugar, oil ect., dishwasher tablets….The apartment is also close to U Bahn, but we also walked to the city center, 1. district ( approx. 30 min light walk along the canal). In the neighbourhood you will also find Spar, Billa and Penny grocery shops, Bipa and DM, Aida cofeeshop ( amazing cakes and vienna style coffee). Would recommend this nice apartment to families and couples. We used covered garage at Brigitta Platz, costs only 8 eur/ day ( through app, otherwise 12/ day)

The view from the balcony was great. The apartment is spacious and easy to reach. Very good value for money.

The location is close to the city center, you have bus and tram stops nearby. Beautiful view from the balcony, very calm place. You have everything you need inside the flat (just don’t forget to take your shower gel and shampoo).

I felt like I took my home to travel with me. It has two spacious rooms and they are well equipped. Separate toilet and shower. It's really quiet, so we got a good rest. The location is pretty good. 150 meters away from the tram station and 25 mins ride to the center. There is a small shopping center within 3 minutes walk with supermarket. The host is really helpful.
