Situated only 150 metres from a main transportation hub, Goldener Adler enjoys a central location in the heart of Linz/Urfahr. Free WiFi and a breakfast buffet. It was difficult to get there with bikes. The receptionist was extremely helpful with putting our bikes in a garage and helping us get settled in the room. The room was facing the noisy Main Street but after a certain hour of the night it was ok. The windows worked with allowing room air flow through.

Arte Hotel Linz is located 500 metres from centre of Linz, 200 metres from the Danube river. The room was very clean, the staff was super nice (they allowed me to do a late check-in with little notice) and the breakfast offered many choices. Its location is near the tram stop and the city center is just a few steps away! Bonus point for the interior decor which I liked very much.
