The room was very clean, the staff was super nice (they allowed me to do a late check-in with little notice) and the breakfast offered many choices. Its location is near the tram stop and the city center is just a few steps away! Bonus point for the interior decor which I liked very much.

Some lovely touches for children - table football and play kitchen. Designated parking spot. Close to Linz, and shops within walking distance. Good communication with the owner about access to property (unfortunately I missed the email in English that explained in detail about parking and how to gain access and with detailed instructions and pictures to match - very impressive)

It was ok,I liked the bed ,it was a good size.The kitchen was well equipped. The owner told us that check-in is between 4pm-5pm, on booking is something else, but he did give us the keys and codes when we arrived at 20h00.
