I appreciate the little things like accessories for cleaning shoes - came handy, especially in the winter. Or sewing kit - came handy too! And the hairdryer! It was absolutely the best hairdryer I have ever used!

It was an emergency stop due to train stoppage due to floods. I was totally amazed at the front desk guy Michael. He keeps so calm and totally in control with dozens of people queuing up for a room. He was helpful and had a good service mind and kept all the guests happy with his smile. Well done Mike. I would hire him any day.
