Since I attended a sports event in the sports hall just behind the house, the location couldn't have been more convenient. The hosts really pay attention to detail with a complimentory bottle of water, a bottle of wine and some sweets on the pillow. Just amazing! The appartment was clean and the contactless check in is also very easy.

The host was very warm and welcoming, they turned on the heating before we came, and left us a bottle of juice and wine on the table as a gift. The rooms are big and comfortable, the apartment has two terraces and a big living room. We loved it so much that we stayed in the first night and didn't go to advent. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would highly recommend booking this apartment if you are coming to Graz with your car.

Featuring garden views, Gästehaus Anna Top 1 offers accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 3.4 km from Graz Opera House. First we were a little surprised about the common bathroom and toilette, but that was my mistake, because I haven't noticed that in the description. But eventually it didn't cause any problem. Everything was really clean. We had a little mirror and a sink in the room either, so we didn't have to leave to room just to wash our hands or so. The location of the house is brilliant. It is near to a main road, but far away enough to be super quiet. There is a nice balcony with a little table and chairs and it has a beautiful view. It is so peaceful. Sometimes you can feel the scent of freshly mowed grass. The kitchen has everything in it, fridge, oven, microvawe, plates, cutleries, and the view is also amazing from its window. As there is a bus stop on the main road, it takes zero effort to get to the city. We took the bus no. 60, and the tram no. 3 (23 after 8pm). But we also walked down and back on the first day.
