Courteous staff, especially Agnes and Khokan who made us feel very welcome. Jon organized an early check in for us. Very clean rooms thanks to the person reaponaible for floor 8 . Air con works very well. Breakfast too was okay.

The hotel is very clean, quiet and comfortable. It is not centrally located but a short distances by taxi or driving. They offer shuttles as well (although I didn’t use them). The staff was very helpful. At the reception they were very friendly and willing to assist. Barakat and Rabeh’ at the reception were very kind to us and always helped us with a smile. I totally recommend the hotel!

Fabulous coffee and very helpful attentive staff. Couldn’t do enough to make sure everything was ok. The room was spacious and airy with old features and the bathroom was high quality.
