The hotel exceed our expectations. It’s exactly what we saw online . The staff was amaizing , especially Nasiifa. She was very professional, always with a smile in her face and every time that she would pass by us, she would asked how was our stay and if there was anything that she could do for us. She is very friendly , approachable and she genuinely care about her guests . The staff from the breakfast and the vallett parking were also friendly and they transmit a sense of caring. We were received always with a positive energy and a smile . The breakfast was very tasty as with nice presentation . Will definitely recommend this hotel. The Marina view is relaxing and another level.

It always feels like coming home when you stay at Park Hyatt Dubai. The staff here are excellent and so friendly. The ground floor lagoon view room was perfect for relaxing lazy days spent at Twiggy. The food, attentive service and overall chilled luxury vibe cannot be faulted. Perfection. Thank you all for another wonderful stay.

Very friendly & competent staff, helping you with calling taxis etc. and even walk out the door with you to find the taxi as the hotel is located in a restricted traffic zone. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace is excellent and the perfect morning experience to start the day. This hotel has probably the best location in Old Dubai, just minutes from the heritage area which has now been turned into museums and is absolutely worth visiting.
