Situated in Dubai, 300 metres from Ibn Battuta Mall and 100 metres from the Dubai metro, Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking and a fitness... It was comfortable and few steps away from the mall and bus terminal. They also upgraded us to suite room since they were fully booked that time and it was such a great treat since it was my huband’s birthday and 10th year wedding anniversary! Thank you very much!

The property is very well renovated and comfortable. It has all the amenities required for a small stay and is very safe. Chiechie is wonderful and vibrant check-in and checkout manager who made us feel comfortable. This property is close to the expo city and the metro while slightly away from the tourist hub of Dubai Marina and Burj Khalifa but well connected by Metro. Very well managed by Birchfort and will definitely use their service in the future.

The host went all out to make us feel at home, with a welcome text as soon as I booked, to a superfast check-in. He kept checking on us if we needed anything during the stay. The apartment was super clean and had all the amenities. Plus, the supermarket is just a stone's throw away.
