The apartment is fabulous, a 8-minute walk from the metro station, with shops on the first floor for groceries. Very comfortable and equipped with everything you need: washing machine, fridge, iron, hairdryer, microwave, etc. Very comfortable and clean. The host, Luca, is wonderful. Very attentive and always on top of everything. Rated 10/10, highly recommended. I stayed for work for 7 nights, everything was wonderful without any issues.

Chiechie is wonderful and vibrant check-in and checkout manager who made us feel comfortable. This property is close to the expo city and the metro while slightly away from the tourist hub of Dubai Marina and Burj Khalifa but well connected by Metro. Very well managed by Birchfort and will definitely use their service in the future.
