Floyd was in charge of activities and treated us like friends & family - experienced guy all other supporting staff ware amazing too room was amazing, beautiful and with a great view - felt like a dream food was amazing and all the preparation was on point - view from every point of the property was magical. we did bike riding and horse riding activities and it was a great experience. to top it all while leaving the property they packed lunch boxes for us to eat on the way as it was a very long drive.

Situated a 5-minute drive away from the centre of Windhoek, Hotel Thule is located on a hillside and offers magnificent views over the city. It features a restaurant and bar. The staff were so wonderful! The food was delicious!

Hotel Heinitzburg is a restored castle with a unique architecture, set on top of a hill in Windhoek. It features a pool in a manicured garden, a wine cellar and two restaurants. The location was perfect, the view over the city is amazing. The staff are super friendly and helpful, my favorite was the man helping to park the cars he is so friendly and inviting.

Located along the Atlantic coast within a 15 minutes’ walk from Palm Beach, Hansa Hotel Swakopmund features two restaurants, a bar and terrace. It has a garden and offers free WiFi in all areas. We loved everything. Absolutely brilliant. Step back in time with 100% modern additions. Could be used in an Agatha Christie movie. Authentic art deco 1900s beauty. If you can book the suit it’s bigger than a house. Staff are so friendly and attentive. We have travelled the world and stayed 5* in so many locations and nothing comes close to this hotel. Loved every second of our stay.

They hire local staff and operate a river cruise to see hippos, and maybe crocs. They do a fantastic job! High recommend this place!
