Conveniently located about halfway between the airport and the old city, close to a big mall and to a couple of good restaurants, also relatively close to Ankawa. I gave it a top mark because of the staff: everyone I met was extremely polite and helpful, but the guys at the reception, both Syrians, were top-notch ideed. The one I encountered most often during my stay - I am truly sorry I forgot his name - was not only extremely professional, helpful, kind and welcoming, but also a very enjoyable conversation partner.
