Boasting a rooftop pool and views of garden, Alminhas da Mindua is a recently renovated country house situated in Vitorino dos Piães, 27 km from Shipyards of Viana do Castelo. We were greeted by the owner Anna who welcomed us in from the rain even though we were early. We were offered a drink and settled into this beautiful space which has been recently refurbished. Our room was spacious and led out on to the garden, it was spotlessly clean with beautiful toiletries, the wifi was fast. We were served dinner and breakfast and could check out at 12 noon. everything was done with love from the hosts

From the moment I arrived at the property I was made to feel so incredibly welcomed. Travelling as a solo female traveler can sometimes be intimidating but Rosa was delightful and made me feel like part of the family. I could not ask for a better host, she was kind, caring and an all round wonderful person. All round the service from everyone is some of the best I have ever experienced. The property perfect, rooms are spacious and cleaned to an impeccable standard. It is located in an ideal location if you have a car roads to the property are not narrow and there is parking on site. I will definitely be returning to the property and I look forward to seeing Rosa and her family again.

Situated within 32 km of Mirandela Medieval Bridge in Alfândega da Fé, Casas da Serra - Soeima Housing features accommodation with seating area. The property has mountain views. We were on our way from Northern Portugal to Madrid Spain, and found this place on the way. So that was a considered as a place for an overnight only. The owner was very welcoming, need to use google translate, as Portuguese is the only language... She also runs a small cafe shop, just across the street. There is a large swimming pool - it was too cold for us, but if you arrive in hot days, it looks great.

Everything was perfect, the location is stunning, the house is extremely well decorated and everyone in the staff was super welcoming and thoughtful, which made us really feel at home. It's the perfect place if you want to rest and relax. Highly recommend it, I will most definitely return.

Great location for exploring Eastern parts of geres national park. Beautiful place, great swimming pool. Family room couldn't be better with separate rooms for children and parents. Featuring a shared lounge and views of mountain, Central Suites Arouca is a recently renovated country house located in Arouca, 39 km from Santa Maria da Feira Castle. The property must be one of the cleanest I've ever seen, every corner is immaculate. The serenity of the location makes it very peaceful. Nice to have access to a kettle, fridge, etc. Lots of seating and recliners provided outside so you can take in the view. They even have an electric vehicle charging point.

Lovely host, I really liked odete, very welcoming. Amazing location, lovely decoration, spectacular views. Also my dog was welcome.
