Located in Ponta Delgada, 1.4 km from Milicias Beach, Ponta Delgada - Casa Rural provides accommodation with a garden, free WiFi, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage space. This was our favorite stay of our trip and we stayed at 3 different locations. Private, clean and big room with private bathroom and lots of privacy. Secure parking within steps and beautiful authentic hosts. It’s clear the owners take pride in their belongings and hosting, they were available for any and all questions and even showed us items around the house we wanted to know more about. Beautiful eating area with a gorgeous view and even offered us fresh sweet ride pudding and banana bread! We burnt our dinner one evening, and Paulinha offered us part of her own dinner. Central area which allowed us to return to areas around the island we wanted more time at and walking distance to grocery store as well. Don’t miss out on this place!!!

Situated in Ponta Delgada in the São Miguel Region, 4.4 km from Portas da Cidade, Pink House Azores features a seasonal outdoor pool and barbecue. Free private parking is available on site. The Studio at the pink house is beautifully designed and furnished, and so comfortable. The morning breakfast deliveries were perfect - beautifully wrapped and delicious produce. The location is perfect for exploring ponta delgada and the rest of the island too. The guidebook was also full of great suggestions!

Set in Povoação and only 2.4 km from Morro Beach, Casa da Cisaltina offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Our stay at the guesthouse was absolutely delightful. From the exceptional hospitality of the hostess to the magnificent breakfast made from fresh local produce, particularly the homemade dishes by Fatima herself, every aspect exceeded our expectations. Our child even likened the experience to that of a five-star hotel, only much cozier. When we return to San Miguel, we will definitely choose to stay here again. Additionally, the location was charming, and easily accessible by car.

Fantastic place, with great character. You see volcano, external walls of the accomodation are tastefully made volcanic stones, neraby village is very nice. Claudio (owner) is very helful and happy to talk about the island and region, we learned a lot. Welcome basket was very appreciated. Do not worry about nearby airport, no planes in night. Evenings on the terrace were fabulous (good weather helped).

Set in rural Sete Cidades, Sete Cidades Quinta Da Queiró features free WiFi and units fitted with a kitchenette, seating area, balcony and flat-screen TV. From the living room a view over lagoa Azul, just wonderful. The team is very friendly and helpful in anyway. Casa da cha “O Poejo” is by far the best place in the neighbourhood to lunch , dine or just stop for a beverage with snack or fresh pie. Very clean, housekeeping team is excellent.
