Quiet. Peaceful location. We were there in winter so the warm beds with extra blankets and electric blankets were much appreciated. Loved the logburner and it was lovely to arrive to the fire being set and we just had to light it! Plenty of firewood and kindling. Home like environment. Extras provided in kitchen. Loved the collection of scraps for chook food!!
Luxury from the moment we arrived. This place has everything you need - close to local shops and restaurants, beautifully presented, clean and well equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend for a luxurious stay, we will definitely be back
Polite kind staff, quiet and peaceful
Several choices of cereals, fruits yoghurt and spreads for our toast. A great selection of herbal teas, coffee, hot chocolate etc. Freshly baked delicious blueberry muffins and chocolate on our arrival. Exceptionally clean. Lovely surroundings peaceful and quiet. Friendly hosts. Highly recommend. Thank you.
Wonderful location, clean and tidy, peaceful with a great outlook over the countryside. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was perfect. A great place to stop if you are travelling between Wellington and Auckland and vice versa. Would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff !! The rooms were really clean! The bathroom was new and modern. We had a heatpump if needed and a kitchen space with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and was a warm room! Pet friendly meant our dog could come with us too! It was peaceful and quiet. Didnt hear any road noise! Very happy!!
Super clean and tidy, so quiet and peaceful. The pool was amazing to stay in for a few hours after a long hike. Pool was a good temp, not too hot or cold. Kitchen area was very tidy and nice to use.
The water pressure is AMAZING! Also being 6ft tall and having a bath that I feel comfortable in was luxurious. Peaceful and quiet with friendly staff. The supply of mini bar/snacks was also really handy after a long day of travelling. Parking right in front of our unit was also very nice. Literally across the road from the hospital and near the airport.
