This was a highlight of our 3 week journey around the South Island. We would highly recommend going out of your way to stay at Amuri for the quality of the service, the stunning views and the aura of serenity which you cannot help but be taken in by. The cheese platter and wine on arrival was excellent and the kitchen facilities were perfect. Don't even hesitate, book a night (or more!) here and it'll be a highlight for you too.

What an incredible house in a beautiful area! Felt unbelievably lucky to get a night booked here. The photos don't do it justice! We wished we could have stayed longer!! Diane is the most wonderful host 💛 So easy to contact, she met us at the door with such a warm welcome. The house itself is stunning, our room was lovely, such a comfortable bed, shower was incredible! Breakfast was delicious the next morning, and she gave us a tour of the church just up the road, which is pretty special. Loved getting to know Charlie the cat, too. Felt like home 💛 we are from the UK but would come back here, especially when next in NZ and stay longer! Thankyou Diane 🙏

Hemsworth Estate er sveitagisting sem er vel staðsett fyrir þægilegt frí í Elgin og er umkringd útsýni yfir garðinn. Gististaðurinn er með garð, sameiginlega setustofu og bílastæði á staðnum. Quiet, peaceful, lovely grounds, and only 8 minutes to Ashburton. Only 30 minutes to Mt. Somer hiking. House and rooms have all been recently renovated and are beautiful. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. Rebecca and Jemma were lovely hosts. Highly recommend over staying in Ashburton given all of the above.

BOND ESTATE LUXURY ACCOMMODATION er staðsett í Christchurch og býður upp á garð, einkasundlaug og garðútsýni. Þetta 5 stjörnu sumarhús býður upp á heilsulindarupplifun með heitum potti og... My extended family stayed for a week at the Bond Estate over the Christmas 2023 period and we had the most marvellous, wonderful stay imaginable, My daughter got married a few miles away and we used the place a venue to get ready and have photographs taken; it was magical. Everything was perfect, from the fantastic, exotic swimming pool and jacuzzi to the outstanding full-on Bar-B-Que. The kitchen was incredibly well appointed and the coffee machine was a real luxury. The place was so well equipped that we comfortably hosted her new in-laws for a full on good, old fashioned English Christmas Dinner. The GIANT projector screen and selection of movies was an absolute delight, (Love Actually on Christmas day has never looked so good), the Tennis court was brand new and saw many a hotly contested rally. (You CAN be serious !!) Tracy (the facility manager) was always available; discreet yet accommodating in every way and a real plus for the premises. (Shout out for Shaun and Rhys the resident friendly Shoats, (Google it ! )) If you are thinking of staying on the outskirts of Christchurch and you want a little luxury in your life then you need look no further than the Bond Estate... we will CERTAINLY be returning.
