Fishing and hiking can be enjoyed nearby, while a car rental service and water sports facilities are also available on-site. I wish I could magically wake up every weekend in Alvis' home in Aglona.. What a wonderful place! We loved absolutely everything about it : the house itself is so comfortable and full of history, the nature that surrounds it and all the lovely areas set up to enjoy it are so peaceful and outstandingly beautiful, black banya is an unforgettable experience, the town is quiet but with everything one might need and so many things to explore. This place is heaven for anyone who would like to slow down and enjoy what really matters: peace and quiet, natural beauty and good company. We had the warmest welcome, Alvis was so thoughtful and always made sure we were comfortable and never had to worry about anything. I am truly grateful for his kindness and hospitality! I wish we had stayed longer, but I have a feeling it's not the last time we visited this place :)
Nirza

We stayed at the holiday home. We were group of 8 friends + 3 children under 3. Overall the location is great: The house is near the beautiful lake, with lovely beach access and breathtaking sunsets, offering a peaceful and quiet retreat.
A very quiet place in nature, with access to the lake for swimming, rowing, fishing. Modern interior fully equipped kitchen and nice bathroom.
This camp is in very nice and quiet location with many trees. We were offered to try local bana (sauna) which was very relaxing experience. It has facilities for kids to play and also to make fire and barbecue.
Excellent location in the city center, on a quiet side street to the main pedestrian street. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly.
good, quiet (except for the occasional train driving past) location, very clean, shops are very close and good parking options. Also enjoyed that there were three tables outside that you could sit at and have a good time with your family or friends.

if you like camping and relaxing by the nature-this MUST be your choice. really happy with the layout and the experience. quiet and peaceful. shower, WC -great, washing machine&tumble dryer available. our house had a mini fridge, cutlery etc-comfy bed and what’s most surprising-no insects even though close to nature 😀
