The bed is new and comfortable, the facilities all work very well. The breeze keeps the temperature cool even when it's hot outside. The host family that also lives in the property are very kind and welcoming. Would love to come back one day, a perfect place, really.

The staff was wonderful and it was so amazingly quiet at night. While the house was certainly in a rural area, the vibrant town of Urbino was just a 10 minute car ride away, and was a wonderful place to visit night or day. I HIGHLY recommend a stay here!!!
