You can see the property is looked after and attention to every detail can be seen inside and out. The beds in the twin room were comfortable and the room offered a range of amenities including slippers. The staff are friendly and helpful. We hope to return in the future for a longer stay.

The host family that also lives in the property are very kind and welcoming. Would love to come back one day, a perfect place, really.

Wow, what a beautiful property in an amazingly scenic location...all just 10 minutes from the wonderful town of Urbino. The property is brand new, but built to look like an older, country villa. The staff was wonderful and it was so amazingly quiet at night. While the house was certainly in a rural area, the vibrant town of Urbino was just a 10 minute car ride away, and was a wonderful place to visit night or day. I HIGHLY recommend a stay here!!!

Our hosts were very welcoming and helpfull. The service were amazing and we also enjoyed our meal there. This is a quite and relaxing place and I loved the view. I recommand this place and I hope to come back one day.
