Very helpful staff who helped us with multiple dinner and e-Mountain bike reservations, and with early breakfast on the morning of our departure. This property is convenient to Monte Argentino, Pitigliano, Saturnia, Meremma Park, and best of all the amazing and underrated Feniglia beach. Orbatello is a terrific and authentic small town nearby with great restaurants and a dedicated bike path around the lagoons.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property. I was looking for a place to relax after touring Italian cities and hill towns. This was perfect. It was out of season so not much going on here. Guests at La Mortella have access to the fancy golf resort (via a short walking path) if you like that sort of thing. Drove to the Citadelle but it's been turned into condominiums so no public access.
