Stunning grounds and a beautiful manor-like house with generous sized rooms. The hosts, Connor and Bridget, are welcoming and generous with their time when explaining the many wonderful places to visit in the Killarney area. Would certainly return again.

This friendly and relaxed hotel has superb views over Killarney's Lower Lake and MacGillicuddy Reeks. It is a gateway to the Ring of Kerry on the shores of Loch Lein. Every detail of our stay was thought out and the hosts were incredibly accommodating.

Exceptionally well managed Hotel. Staff will go out of their way to help with anything that you ask. Beautifully maintained property and grounds. Excellent food.

We have never stayed in accommodation with a view this good. It is phenomenal. You literally wake up looking at Valentia Island and Portmagee from your bed. On top of that, the host was so warm and welcoming. The room is beautiful and so spacious. The bath is lovely too. The breakfast provided and the tea, coffee, chocolates etc was such a lovely touch and really appreciated. We have already recommended the place to family and friends and want to come back again. Breakfast was fantastic. The staff were amazing so helpful and kind and accommodating. The view from our bedroom and from the lounge and dining room was spectacular and we both spent lots of time just gazing out of the windows.

In lush private gardens, Kathleens Country House is just 3 km from Killarney town. Free WiFi and free parking are available. Really beautiful hotel. We really enjoyed the reading room! Really close to the city. Vegetarian options available at breakfast
