Beautiful accommodation, with a wonderful outdoor bathroom. Delicious breakfast, we took advantage of the beach. Nice beach, clean sea. Quiet place. Possibility of free rental of snorkeling equipment and bike rental. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay and we recommend it to everyone.

Beautiful tranquil setting among the picturesque rice fields and mountain views. Very private and quiet aside from the nearby mosque music which played very loudly about 3 times/day. The food was very good. Note: Lunch and dinners are 30,000 rupiah (not 25k as listed on booking.com). I enjoyed the free breakfast omelette and banana pancake. The A/C helped with the sweltering heat and humidity. Very beautiful place to just rest and unwind. There are a couple small stores but limited food/ market options available, unless you have a motorbike. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and a good value.

If you are looking for a comfortable hotel stay, this place might not be for you. If not, please read on. I don't usually write reviews, but the treatment I got here, I would feel bad not giving a clear 10/10. See this as more of a review of Hasim, probably one of the best hosts in Indonesia, then the room itself. I was welcomed in open arms, Hasim then took me around on his bike and treated me to complimentary food (for free). As I only stayed one night and already had plans in Tanjung, I got limited time with Hasim. But during my one night stay, he treated me for lunch, dinner, and a really nice breakfast. He is also good company and has a really good positive attitude, and I had a great time just chatting with him. Especially for a solo traveller like me, it's a pleasure meeting such a friendly soul and also learning a bit more about the place from a local. So especially if you are a solo/budget traveller, or a younger couple, looking for a local experience outside a comfortable hotel, this is probably the best experience (and value for money) you are going to get. If I ever go back I will 100% visit here again, and I'm so glad I was lucky enough to get this level of hospitality. I cannot begin to describe how much fun we had staying at Jim's!! This was one of the best places we stayed in Indonesia, the rooms are huge, and very clean. Jim is wonderful and very kind. The place is truly incredible, location is central and still super quiet, there is a tennis court, and a pool and they offer breakfast on location! I hope you will be fortunate enough to go on a hash hike with Jim and his friends, we had a blast!! Thanks again Jim and I hope we will see you again!!

Featuring an outdoor pool and free parking for guests, Dream Estate Resort offers free Wi-Fi and fully furnished accommodation with daily housekeeping service. We had an excellent stay at Dream Estate Resort. Super peaceful and clean. We stayed in Villa 9 which was absolutely stunning. Aircon was lovely and cold. Nana is such a great host and was always so helpful and attentive. She also helped us to sort out a scooter and gave great advice on some of the activities we wanted to do. The housekeeping service was also great. Really loved the fact there was a washing machine so we could do our own washing! Thank you so much for everything, we loved it!

Beautiful view of rinjani from the bungalow. It was clean and with a nice porch. However there was many many bugs inside the room at night (small flies/mosquitos/moths). Bathroom and room well-equipped with coffee / tea maker, soap, etc. Great help from the on-site caretaker (his name is Muslim), he made a fire for us each night and helped us with food.
