Situated within 500 metres of Agios Mamas Beach and 1.2 km of Paralia Spetson Beach, La belle Hélène provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Spetses. Everything was perfect and Mariketi was super nice and ready to solve anything we asked The house was fully equipped even with a bottle of wine . Will definitely go back also for the excellent position

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, KIOUSIS ESTATE is located in Spetses. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Everything about this house is perfection! The hosts were wonderful and so so helpful! There is a little path to the beach and the views can’t be topped I woke up every day to see the sunrise. I would suggest renting a quad or motorcycle to get to town as it is a bit far to walk but it’s really nice being on the quiet part of the island. The only problem with this house was having to leave! I will def be back!!!

Set in Spetses, 500 metres from Paralia Spetson Beach and 800 metres from Kaiki Beach, Anemos offers spacious air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. Super friendly hosts, they let us check out later than their policy and were always around in case we needed anything. The room was clean, spacious and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Great value for money. Close to Kaiki Beach Bar and only a short 10 minute walk to town.

Set in Spetses, 200 metres from Bouboulina Museum and 230 metres from Port of Spetses, Two Olive Trees offers accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning, free bikes and a garden. Excellent location (2min walk from Dapia port), old but beautiful house, providing feeling of local traditional houses. The house was fully equipped. The Owner was very friendly (on the phone) and the Host was friendly and helpful, giving any information we requested (food, beaches, drinks, transportation, etc). All rooms equipped with AC, however the house was cool even with 38 C outside. There is a mini market, grocery and bakery within 4-5 min walk. Balcony provides some sea view and is recommended for afternoon/evening relaxed dinner/drinks. The house can easily accommodate 8 people (there are 4 bedrooms

1.1 km from Agios Mamas Beach, Xenon Estate is a recently renovated property located in Spetses and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. This is a gorgeous villa with an incredible view. The property was well looked after and well equipped by island standards. There was food and snacks in the fridge ready for us upon arrival, the staff were helpful and accommodating, and the location is high up in the hills which means it's quite and peaceful.
