The country house with a terrace and sea views has 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and 2 bathrooms with a walk-in shower. Towels and bed linen are offered in the country house. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. Excellent location (2min walk from Dapia port), old but beautiful house, providing feeling of local traditional houses. The house was fully equipped. The Owner was very friendly (on the phone) and the Host was friendly and helpful, giving any information we requested (food, beaches, drinks, transportation, etc). All rooms equipped with AC, however the house was cool even with 38 C outside. There is a mini market, grocery and bakery within 4-5 min walk. Balcony provides some sea view and is recommended for afternoon/evening relaxed dinner/drinks. The house can easily accommodate 8 people (there are 4 bedrooms

1.1 km from Agios Mamas Beach, Xenon Estate is a recently renovated property located in Spetses and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. With garden views, this accommodation offers a balcony. Guests can make use of the picnic area or the seasonal outdoor pool, or enjoy views of the mountain and pool. This is a gorgeous villa with an incredible view. The property was well looked after and well equipped by island standards. There was food and snacks in the fridge ready for us upon arrival, the staff were helpful and accommodating, and the location is high up in the hills which means it's quite and peaceful.
The location is great for visiting the beaches on the west of the town (i.e., Kaiki). The room was quiet and spacious with a nice balcony.
Very friendly !! They provide a van for picking us up from the port and also the same when we left! Further more, it was quiet and very relaxing at the pool and it was very helpful the fact that you could order food (they have a big menu) which they serve for you at the hotel ‘s cozy sitting area or at the pool!!
Loved the layout of the villas pool and breakfast area and how close the beach is. It was quiet and just so Mediterranean. The staff were professional and helpful especially Anthea. Loved that it was a small number of villas which made it intimate.

Awesome! Best hotel we have been to for a while. Hosts were delightful! Breakfast was incredible and so good I would have to say unbeatable! The pool was great! Peaceful, quiet, lovely birdsong even. Close to town and good restaurants. Perfect!
Amazing rooms that keep alive the atmosphere of an old luxury mansion. Sea view, a beautiful swimming pool in a beautiful garden, great breakfast, in walking distance from the port.

Beautiful boutique hotel in old seaside mansion is an oasis on the edge of town. Close enough to the action but quieter. Lovely, helpful friendly staff and delicious home cooked breakfasts by the pool. We had stunning views from our rooms. We loved it.
