Helped us book restaurants, find good beaches, book tours...did everything he could to make us comfortable. Breakfast was HUGE. More than we could eat. Only time I've gotten a full pot of coffee and wife got a full pot of tea (and hot milk) and we've travelled the world. Natasha managed to both serve us breakfast and clean our rooms at the same time. (So we went back to a perfect bungalow with clean floors and made beds.) Only five bungalows, so always quiet. Wall and an electronic gate so felt super safe. Beautiful pool (very big and clean) with an attached jacuzzi spa. Birds (including humming birds), a friendly cat, a range of cool bugs and lizards--this was close to nature but with every possible convenience (we had coffee in the room, a microwave, refrigerator, and a stove). Absolutely the nicest place we've been in the Caribbean. Would strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Guadeloupe.

Situated in Saint-François and only 500 metres from Anse a la Gourde Beach, Villa des Châteaux features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Mrs. Fabien, she was waiting for us in front of the house, she showed us everything and prepared a small snack. Because the shops were closed that day, she bought us food and drinks. For which I thank her very much. The location of the house is absolutely great, for beaches, tourism. For relaxation, peace and privacy, great pool. It is about 10 minutes by car for shopping in the market in the town of Saint Francois. You can buy fresh fish directly from the fishermen along the coast, you can also use the Marché La Rotonde market for local vegetables. For tourism, I recommend going to the second island, volcano, waterfalls, cocoa farm, vanilla farm... I recommend leaving early in the morning, there are big traffic jams in the capital. I definitely want to go back to Guadeloupe, there is a lot to see and do there.

This was a very beautiful small cottage like property. Perfect for a couple. Although I was travelling with my friend they accommodated us by giving extra sheets for the sofa bed. There is also a beautiful pool outside that is very useful for relaxing after long, hot days.

Set in Saint-François and only less than 1 km from Anse a la Gourde Beach, Gîte Pointe des Châteaux offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The view of the house is amazing. It is extremely clean. Even if it is small house, you have everything you need. A lot of beaches near by by car (around 5 to 10 min drive). Walking 15 min. Would go again specially, really worth the money.
