Quiet, very nice pool. Exellent starting point for many hiking trips around. Verieties beaches around acessible by short or long hiking. Restaurant is fantastic. The whole place is very welcoming. The owner is out of the box, taking care of everybody's needs. All staff exeptionally nice. We had 6 days of very nice stay. Highly recommended

Mrs. Fabien, she was waiting for us in front of the house, she showed us everything and prepared a small snack. Because the shops were closed that day, she bought us food and drinks. For which I thank her very much. The location of the house is absolutely great, for beaches, tourism. For relaxation, peace and privacy, great pool. It is about 10 minutes by car for shopping in the market in the town of Saint Francois. You can buy fresh fish directly from the fishermen along the coast, you can also use the Marché La Rotonde market for local vegetables. For tourism, I recommend going to the second island, volcano, waterfalls, cocoa farm, vanilla farm... I recommend leaving early in the morning, there are big traffic jams in the capital. I definitely want to go back to Guadeloupe, there is a lot to see and do there.

Perfect for a couple. Although I was travelling with my friend they accommodated us by giving extra sheets for the sofa bed. There is also a beautiful pool outside that is very useful for relaxing after long, hot days.

The host was so responsive and helpful. This is a gem of a property, beautiful location and the place was so clean and beautiful. Be sure to wake up early and catch the sunrise from Pointe Des Châteaux.

Situated 600 yards from sandy Orient Bay Beach, Hotel La Plantation has an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with a sun deck. Free public on-site parking is available. I’ve stayed here many times; it’s close to the beach, has great restaurants nearby and a lovely restaurant on the property. The staff are extremely helpful & welcoming
