The property has an outdoor dining area. The hospitality of Kevin and Jo is what we appreciated the most. Bust also the cottage, very nice and clean, was what we expected. Wonderful beds and bathroom. We will be back.

The house is unique, spacious and homely. The hosts were lovely and responsive. I particularly loved the bedding which was a high quality feather duvet with feather pillows and lovely high thread count cotton sheets. All the laundry smelled fantastic and there were bath sheets instead of bath towels so lovely and big. The bath is gorgeous- plenty wide enough for two adults and has jets to be a jacuzzi bath (though it is quite noisy when on due to the height of the ceilings and therefore how echoey the place is). We got engaged in the woods on a walk to a local pub and overall had an extremely special couple of nights away, could have easily stayed there several more!

Location perfect - very accessible to local town, with peaceful quiet surroundings, stunning countryside views in a beautiful well kept country house estate setting. Good windows for ventiltaion for one of the hotest days of the summer - Loft remained beautifully cool. Comfortable bed and excellent new shower/ bathroom. Good kitchen with all amenities one would expect. Thank you for your welcome - an excellent stay. Would highly recommend and book again.
The staff were polite and helpful the location was lovely set in the countryside and opposite Marwell zoo, which is great for families visiting the area. The rooms were spacious and it was peaceful and quiet at night time, so we slept well.
The hotel was extremely clean and modern decor inside. The included breakfast buffet was very good indeed. I enjoyed the countryside location of the hotel too, peaceful and quiet.
Lovely quiet setting with countryside views and relaxing sounds of birdsong The owners were on hand if needed but did not intrude at all. The property was well equipped and comfortable, fresh provisions and vases of flowers were a nice touch too. Well worth hiring the hot tub, from which we watched Red Kites soaring above. A very relaxing and peaceful stay.
The Warbrook House hotel is a hotel based in an old mansion in a quiet part of North Hampshire in the countryside near Hartney Whitney and Hook, west of the M3. The hotel has spacious grounds, is quiet, well located and comfortable with nicely decorated rooms. I had an upstairs front facing double of good size, and was warm, with en suite. Ample car parking to the side, pleasant surroundings, helpful staff and good amenities. Would use again.
Incredible staff, grounds, comfort and luxury without airs and graces or snobbery that you find in some hotels. It's like going to a home from home (if your home was a grand mansion with staff) and they fall over themselves to pamper you and make you feel special. It's a real gem. Unpretentious, no influencers, cosy but extremely luxurious at the same time. Special mention to Lena in the reception, Richard in the lounge, and Wieskewa (so sorry if this is spelt wrong) who served us at breakfast and told us how much she loved the ducks.
Location in beautiful countryside. Quiet and peaceful. Service was excellent. Food all fresh and cooked to order. Couldn’t have asked for more. A perfect stay.
