From a very warm welcome from the owners, who upgraded our stay before we had even arrived, to the superb breakfast. The building was warm and inviting, the room beautifully clean and cosy. The slightly sloping floor added some jollity to the stay. The open fire in the bar was lovely and added to the cosy atmosphere. The bar was busy with locals who were enjoying having a well stocked and friendly pub nearby. We will definitely be going back at the earliest opportunity.

We loved the calm and the location. The room was beautiful and spacious and the people who welcomed us were very friendly. I suggest it.

This recently renovated country house is located 3.4 km from Brecon Cathedral and 28 km from Clifford Castle. The country house features family rooms. It was a great place to stay , excellent bed and one of the best bathrooms I have ever seen . Hannah was a marvellous host and made us very welcome .

At the country house, units include bed linen and towels. The location was convenient to the rail station about 10 minutes and they picked me up. Ben was so friendly and welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. The grounds and the garden are lovely and I was able to walk into town which was a bit of a long walk, but ideal for me. Very calming views of the sheep in the fields and pheasants along the way.

Everything from the beautiful drive through the Brecon Beacons. The snow on the mountains was idyllic. The location is a peaceful haven away from everyday life. The staff were so attentative . The food menu was plentiful. The Pen Y Llan Stable Room 10 was superb away from the main house. Unable to comment on Spa and Beauty services as I was in no need of there services , next time. Breakfast was fabulous.
