Offering a garden and mountain view, Altskeith Country House is set in Aberfoyle, 10 km from Loch Katrine and 15 km from Lake of Menteith. Great location. Very nice surroundings and decoration (better than expected from the pictures). Homy feeling in the common areas. Quite enjoyable 38C hot tub. Good combination of buffet and a la carte breakfast.

Situated in Killin and only 35 km from Castle Menzies, Dall Lodge Country House features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Proprietors Roman and Monica were a pleasure. Excellent hospitality, genuine, nice people. Helped us plan and maximize our short visit.

Featuring a garden, private pool and mountain views, The Lodge at Muir Estate is located in Thornhill. A hot tub is available for guests. The Lodge is simply put a perfect place. It is as good as in the pictures and better. The kitchen has just about every equipment that you can think of. The two living rooms are nice and spacious and the bedrooms are very comfortable. Also the entire Lay-out is smart because the bedrooms are located well away from the living rooms so everyone gets a good night sleep. At night it is absolutely quiet due to the beautiful location in a forest. The outdoor hot tub is just brillant to recover from a hike in the nearby Loch Lomund National Park or to gaze at some stars at night. If you enjoy baking pizza the oven gives you the chance to a achieve restaurant quality results. The hosts Claire and Alick are super friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have absolutely everything you need during your stay. They gave us a super warm welcome, provided us with tons of firewood at no extra cost and helped us with any question we had. Our group would 100% recommend this place and also thinks it is crazy good value for the price!

Featuring 4-star accommodation, Leny Estate is situated in Callander, 16 km from Lake of Menteith and 35 km from Loch Katrine. The property features a children's playground and parking on-site. The cottage was beautiful, with one of the most stunning views I’ve ever seen! The kitchen had al the necessary cooking gear and the host supplied us with a starter pack for the first day. Also in the fridge we found a chilled bottle of good wine! The estate is lovely, with friendly pheasants who visited us at our cottage! There was a lot of space between the cottages and it was quiet on the estate. Ample parking space for your car.

Set in secluded 20-acre grounds, the Roman Camp Country House Hotel is set on the banks of River Teith in scenic Callander Village. Lovely peaceful setting on gorgeous grounds with walking paths along a river and huge walled gardens. The staff was welcoming and the inn was unreal with cozy rooms, a fireplace and lovely rooms. Excellent 4 course dinner with service that was beyond our expectations. We also met several returning guests. One of our favorite stays ever!
