We had an amazing stay at Le Manoir de la Besliere! The facilities had a fantastic local charm all the while being modern and well maintained. Claire accommodated our late arrival and greeted us warming on site, which was very helpful! We highly recommend paying for the morning breakfast, which was thoughtfully prepared with local goodies.

You sleep in and barn from the 1700’s that has been renovated so beautifully you’d never know it once was used for wood and animal storage. The owner, Remmy is such a kind and welcoming host. He made us feel so welcome and comfortable, even when we arrived quite late. Oh and the breakfast! The breakfast is one of the best breakfast’s I’ve ever experienced… breads fresh from the bakery around the corner, cheese and butter from the local dairy farm, homemade jam from Remmy’s own wife… amazing! The whole experience was simply amazing.

Beautiful bed and breakfast with homemade apple sauce, excellent food provided, even bent over backwards to ensure that we got our breakfast for a very early day for the 80th anniversary of Débarquement (D-Day, Jour-J). Great parking, very well maintained. Loved the towel heaters.

The breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect for seeing the Normandy region. We enjoyed the Manoir's cozy living room which was decorated with a beautiful Christmas tree and a warm fireplace to gather with family.

The castle is situated on a beautiful estate where peace and nature are the main focus. There is no better hostess; the hospitality was immense. The stay was also perfect for families with children. In short, a top-notch stay that we thoroughly enjoyed with our two young children. Highly recommended.
