The room was incredibly comfortable, clean, and had a wonderfully cozy design. When I last visited Dali, I stayed in the Old City itself, but staying outside the city across the street was so much better. It was nice to stay in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was also very helpful and went out of her way to help resolve questions or issues, including helping us coordinate a taxi pickup from the train station and walking to meet us with umbrellas on a rain day when we arrived! It really felt like staying over at a friends house rather than a hotel.

Good location, quiet, lots of places to sit outside, friendly staff
The accomodation is beautiful and has a great atmosphere. We had a warm welcome by the owner and he and the staff were more than helpful and helped us book tickets and even provided us breakfast for takeaway for our hiking trip. We would come back anytime.
The place is very welcoming and peaceful, all the workers are very pleasant, helpful, sweet and kind!!! Really loved staying there and like I said got a lots of help and suggestions about my trip. The room is clean and location good !!
The host was super friendly, they really want to make your holiday as comfortable as possible. Also the bed was very comfortable and location was super nice, in a quiet street. Free water on the go, I highly recommend this place!
The manger allowed me to choose a more quiet room when I got there. The bed was comfortable and had a heating pad. The manager was kind and helped me to book a ride to Lijiang in the early morning. There were some hiccups in that the van was not on time and I had to wait for another car. I know the manager felt bad, but he was very kind to be up in the early morning to communicate the with transport company on my behalf because I did not have a Chinese mobile number.
Excellent position, right in the center of Ancient Town, plus it's in a side alley, so no noise at night from the street. Room was very large and comfortable, big plus for the bath tub in the middle, very pleasant. Staff attentive and helpful, with English spoken and good suggestions for restaurants. The place is overall beautiful and relaxing, with quiet and peaceful common areas. Washing machine available for guests.
