Great house, clean and warm. It's very close to the bus stop. The hostess is really friendly and helpful. She welcomed us, answered our questions, and let us temporarily store the luggage on the day we check out so that we can go skiing without worrying about the bags and suitcase. Really enjoyed the stay!

The house itself is conveniently located with stunning views from the windows, and easy access to grocery stores and numerous cafes and restaurants.

There's a reasonably good supermarket only yards away which is open daily except Sunday. There's a slightly longer walk to the railway station and the town. The facilities were excellent. The views of the Karwendal never cease to amaze and our room balcony had full exposure. The host was excellent throughout.
This is a beautiful hotel with luxurious and clean amenities and facilities. The bed was comfy, the view was pristine onto the lake and the mountains, it was so quiet to sleep, breakfast was rich and great, best for a day of hiking. And I cant stress enough how funny, welcoming and really cool the hotel manager at our arrival was. What a great character, what a warm and funny welcome!! Also: there was dog food and water bowls and a dog blanket in our room! Love love love!!
The apartment was really modern, comfortable, clean and spacious and Tobias was a very helpful and friendly host. The balcony has lovely views out over the meadows. The house is in a quiet part of Garmisch, about 20 minutes walk from the shops which was perfect for us because we wanted peace and quiet without being too far away from everything! Here you can be in the countryside while still really being in Garmisch.
Thomas, the manager, was polite and very helpful. The apartment was a great size with two large bedrooms and a very large dining and lounge area for entertaining and relaxing. The balcony was also set up for outdoor eating or relaxing. It was easy to find with available parking, and was a short walk from the centre of town and restaurants. Although its located on the main road, the apartment itself is set way back off the road so it is very quiet and peaceful and has a lovely view of the mountains.
Warm welcome, high quality furnishing, spacious, spotlessly clean. Amazing views from the balcony. Kitchen had everything we needed, Lovely modern bathroom, car parking on site, well stocked honesty shop. Peaceful location with access to all the facilities we needed, quieter and not as touristy as neighbouring towns and direct on the Zugspitze Eibsee railway and bus line.
I loved the Bavarian vibe of the hotel. Surprisingly, I even got a better room than asked, probably, because the hotel was half empty. The breakfast was really good and varied. The room was clean and I had a very good stay there. The location is amazing: right in the centre of the nice old city part and close to the hiking trails. Very quiet when there's no music in the restaurant.
We loved our stay there. The room ( flatlet) has everything you need. Really recommend. Very peaceful and quiet.
Free parking in a large lot right across the street from the hotel. Great location for hiking, but need to drive for any skiing, and a ways out of town (and up the mountain). Nice bathrooms. Apartment had stove and refrigerator, as well as water kettle and coffee pot. Quiet location, with excellent view.
Aesthetics, furniture, amenities were superb. Close to restaurants and city shopping. High quality for the price, blew us away. Black out shades, shutters were great. Large TV, internet. Nice books, full of pictures, hiking information available. Amazing and large balcony. We planned ahead and brought food, so cooking was easy and nice. Had all the basics needed. Area was quiet and we didn’t have any problems with neighbors.
This is a superb holiday apartment - cosy but not cluttered, quiet but close to bus stops, supermarket, bakery, restaurants etc and lots of hiking/walking trails, and part of a lovely quaint old house but renovated with care. The hosts are super friendly and helpful but never obtrusive. The possibility to have fresh bread delivered every morning was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this accommodation and hope we can come back again in spring/summer.
Lovely small hotel in Oberammergau with a parking lot for about 6-7 cars behind the building down a tiny side street. Check in was fast, friendly & easy. Room was spacious with minibar & wardrobe in-room. Mountain view. Very comfortable bed & pillows. Very quiet town at night, peaceful. Perfect location in central area within easy walking distance of the entire town. Hot water in the shower. Clean room. Excellent breakfast. The König Pass for the area's attractions/ discounts was provided free of charge with the stay.
