The house itself is conveniently located with stunning views from the windows, and easy access to grocery stores and numerous cafes and restaurants.

The apartment is owned by the hotel next door and the proprietor welcomed us after hours. The staff in the hotel were friendly and we had free access to the lovely saunas and wellness area. Superb - couldn't be happier.
Garmisch-Partenkirchen

Skiing and snorkelling can be enjoyed nearby, while a ski equipment rental service, ski-to-door access and a ski pass sales point are also available on-site. Great location at only 10 minutes walking distance from the train station, ski slopes and supermarkets! Uwe is a very friendly and flexible host, and contributed to make our stay as smooth and nice as possible!

This is a beautiful hotel with luxurious and clean amenities and facilities. The bed was comfy, the view was pristine onto the lake and the mountains, it was so quiet to sleep, breakfast was rich and great, best for a day of hiking. And I cant stress enough how funny, welcoming and really cool the hotel manager at our arrival was. What a great character, what a warm and funny welcome!! Also: there was dog food and water bowls and a dog blanket in our room! Love love love!!
The apartment was really modern, comfortable, clean and spacious and Tobias was a very helpful and friendly host. The balcony has lovely views out over the meadows. The house is in a quiet part of Garmisch, about 20 minutes walk from the shops which was perfect for us because we wanted peace and quiet without being too far away from everything! Here you can be in the countryside while still really being in Garmisch.
Thomas, the manager, was polite and very helpful. The apartment was a great size with two large bedrooms and a very large dining and lounge area for entertaining and relaxing. The balcony was also set up for outdoor eating or relaxing. It was easy to find with available parking, and was a short walk from the centre of town and restaurants. Although its located on the main road, the apartment itself is set way back off the road so it is very quiet and peaceful and has a lovely view of the mountains.
Warm welcome, high quality furnishing, spacious, spotlessly clean. Amazing views from the balcony. Kitchen had everything we needed, Lovely modern bathroom, car parking on site, well stocked honesty shop. Peaceful location with access to all the facilities we needed, quieter and not as touristy as neighbouring towns and direct on the Zugspitze Eibsee railway and bus line.
I loved the Bavarian vibe of the hotel. Surprisingly, I even got a better room than asked, probably, because the hotel was half empty. The breakfast was really good and varied. The room was clean and I had a very good stay there. The location is amazing: right in the centre of the nice old city part and close to the hiking trails. Very quiet when there's no music in the restaurant.
We loved our stay there. The room ( flatlet) has everything you need. Really recommend. Very peaceful and quiet.

Beautiful, new house with large glass windows. Comfortable dining space, kitchen and living room. Four comfortable bedrooms, two on the first floor and two on level -1. Plus four bathrooms. There is also a sauna on level -1 and a relaxation area (for an additional small fee). Plus a small garden. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Close to GaPa and Mittenwald.
The location is great, you can connect directly from the accommodation to hiking trails. The accommodation is small and well equipped, with all the basic amenities you need. The house in which the apartment is located is nice clean and quiet. Parking space right in front of the house. Otherwise, the accommodation overall is great and I would happily stay here again.
