Very quiet and peaceful environment ....everything was fantastic......staffs are very humble .. Its a newly opened villa there ..lots of places to visit there specially very close to the castel.
Incredible stay! Adriatic and his family were so welcoming, we felt very much at home. Amazing home cooked organic meals too. Very very clean, private balconies with amazing views!! Kitchen/ fridge to use. Great outside area for meals, super quiet and peaceful - it was the highlight of our trip!
The location of this farm is amazing. So quiet and peaceful. The hosts are extremely friendly and welcoming. The restaurant, also family-run, was a highlight. The food was homegrown and deliciously prepared for a very good price. We were so sad to leave. Definitely worth a longer stay if you want a quiet, remote location.

Great location, only 5 minutes walk to the old town. Located just off the main road into town so easy to get to. Plus in a quiet & peaceful area. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful & friendly.
Amazing stay, rate it so highly. Location was wonderful, very peaceful and quiet but still close to Permët. We were so well taken care of by the lovely owner who made the best breakfasts with fresh produce and made us feel so welcome. Easy to access by car with parking at the house. Great kitchen facilities including oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and kitchenware. Balcony had wonderful views over the fields and hills. Highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

It offers very comfortable accommodation in a wonderful setting. The view accross the valley is great and with chickens clucking in the garden below it has a countryside feel to it. Very quiet and peaceful setting.
