To spite being close to a major road (easy to find!), it was a quiet, peaceful little piece of paradise. The pools were beautiful (too cold to use but lovely to sit and relax by). The apartment was spacious and well appointed. The bed and linens were great. The shower was outstanding! The bathroom amenities smelled so good and were of better quality that we have come across so far. We loved the wood braai that Jonnrae (sp?) set up for us each day and cleaned away the mess. That guy works very hard and is so pleasant. The breakfast was delicious! The ladies cooking were so friendly and the hot food was as to order. Anna was amazing! Excellent communication, went out of her way to be helpful, so friendly always. The team was instantly responsive to any issues (we didn’t understand the TV set up). The views were lovely, like being out in the country. They have a good security system which we were grateful for. Just peace of mind, not because we felt it was needed.

We had a fantastic stay at Santika Villa Guesthouse in Stellenbosch. The Sunhill Cottage is comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the views of the mountains were stunning. Vanessa was friendly and helpful, and we especially enjoyed the hot tub—a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Highly recommended for a peaceful and luxurious getaway!
We stayed at The Farmhouse for 2 days and it was absolutely perfect. Great location close to town but also quiet and peaceful and a beautiful rural area.
. We had a big family function and were quite a crowd but with 5 en-suite bedrooms and a very spacious kitchen and lounge and outside area, we had a terrific time. Lovely fireplace and every amenity you might need. The self catering unit was lovely. Set in beautiful gardens overlooking a big pond. Very peaceful and quiet. Dinner was good. Staff went out of their way to locate keys left behind and contacted us.
The hospitality was excellent. You are greeted daily by smiling faces and cheerful dogs. Mollie is extremely insightful and a great conversationalist. The room and bathroom were cleaned daily. The area is very safe, quiet, and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this place to couples and families.
