The staff are so friendly and helpful. We had to check out early before breakfast and they made us hot food to go and even dropped us to our bus stop!

Everything was great, the staff are so friendly. The place it’s close to the downtown and it’s a quiet place to rest, I really like the peace. In the room it was exceptionally all the days, beds are very comfortable, toilet and shower clean. If a come again to Ninh Binh, I would like to stay here again.

Regarding the property: Rooms were as depicted on the booking.com website and the space, furnishing, etc. was new and clean. Location is close to the Tam Coc town centre with various restaurants, convenience stores, roadside food stalls, etc. easily accessible by foot. Breakfast is provided. Bikes are available for rent at 50,000vnd (2 USD) for the entire day.
Regarding the service: We were unsure how long we would be staying in Ninh Binh or if the accommodation was any good so we booked just one night initially but the owners were so warm and kind on the first night that we felt assured to book a second night almost immediately! I think they stay on the same property and we saw their kids once doing their homework :) It was a nice peek at local life without sacrificing on creature comforts and the owners were hospitable and helpful.
Overall: All things considered, this property delivers great value for money. Personally, the owners' hospitality sealed the deal for me. An ideal homestay experience! Would come back if I'm in Ninh Binh again and would recommend. Cheers
