Carman house is in a fantastic location slightly away from the shops and bustle of Bled, but very easily walkable. It’s just that bit quieter and more peaceful. The attic room overlooked the lake and had the most perfect views even from the velux windows, and the decor is rustic and comfortable. The young woman on the front desk was absolutely delightful and so helpful, a credit to the hotel.
The accommodation is in a very nice location. Quiet, peaceful surroundings and Lake Bled is only a few minutes drive away. The owner lady was very helpful. We highly recommend it.
This was a lovely place to stay, it was really clean and comfortable with lots of homely touches and good facilities. The balcony was lovely and it was in a good location - quiet and peaceful but only a short walk from the lake.
A peaceful location in an elevated position with lovely views a short walk from the quieter end of Lake Bled, close to a bakery and with easy access to hiking trails and the many attractions in and around the region.. Well equipped inside and out - as guests, we could make use of the small vegetable plot, bbq, outside eating area, fire pit, honesty bar and bikes.
The location was really awesome, in a small, quiet village just 15 minutes walk to Bled (there is a shorter way, do not follow the main road). The accomodation is well equipped, perfect quality for the money paid. If you enjoy quiet evenings, looking into peaceful meadows, enjoying nature views, this is exactly the place you would like to go to.
The property had character and good peaceful location. Close to the lake and shops but distant enough for peace and quiet. Nice view of the mountains and countryside. The owner was very welcoming and very flexible about arrangements for our stay.
