Spectacular new country home, perched above a small town 15 minutes from Régua, with breathtaking views of the Douro vineyards. Great heated pool and tastefully decorated house. Very friendly owner Patricia, who provided generous Portuguese breakfast and excellent restaurant and sightseeing suggestions.

The property is wonderful; we travel to a lot of high end hotels and this was really great service and accommodations. This hotel is very special, food is wonderful, staff is extremely helpful and attention to details made our trip very enjoyable. Luxurious rooms with an amazing view of the valley. Very comfortable beds + modern quality decor. The host is super nice. The pool is absolutely beautiful. The location is not in town but less than €10 for a taxi which is very easy to get right from the door of your room.
Great daily breakfast provisions provided including freshly baked breads and pastries, very peaceful place, great countryside views. Nice touches with bottle of wine and fruit provided too.
The view was stunning, sitting in the balcony at night overlooking the city in the quietness of the countryside was blissful. The bed was extremely comfortable, a hard mattress that will keep your back in place. The swimming pool is a great touch, albeit a bit too small if there is a “full house”. The breakfast was great with the view, once again, blissful.
