Clean and comfortable rooms. Attractive decor with some historical significance. The staff was polite and efficient. The breakfast food was fine… the best croissants ever! And fresh squeezed orange juice! Once we figured out we could request scrambled eggs we were happy. You will want to find a local grocery if you want to eat other meals at the property. There was a community kitchen.

We loved everything - from parking in the orange grove to being greeted at the car with umbrellas, to the personalized dinner recommendations when we were going into town, to the art everywhere, to the breakfast each morning, and the beauty and quiet of the property.

The property is a nicely restored old farmhouse on a piece of land in the country used to graze horses, donkeys and a goat.
The house was great, really roomy with great beds and totally quiet at night. The dog on the property is huge and friendly,

Lovely old building repurposed to a comfortable b&b. Spacious roms, comfy beds and everything you need here. Peaceful and quiet (no wonder it was a convent.) Just 10 mins out of Evora so convenient to city restaurants and shops.

A superb 100+ years old country house in a quiet, rural location, in an extensive cork oak grove, close to both Evora and the megaliths. (go early to beat the crowds) (Can drive and also suitable for walking) Very friendly and helpful hosts. Well equipped kitchen, where you can really cook a meal. Clean, comfy, ideal for a family of 4, could have spent several days here - really sorry we stayed only one night - after our trip of 12 days with almost as many accommodations it was the no1 for us.
