We arrived and were told by Tania that we'd been upgraded. What a surprise. It was perfect, right on the breathtaking river, with so many facilities to enjoy. I thoroughly recommend this place, I can't imagine it getting any better than this.

Lovely old garden, park-like museum. The house contains a lot of antiques, much cooler even than in the museum. Very nice and quiet place with a green garden and lots of plants.

The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
We received a warm welcome. And even though we were the only guests, they still made a lot of efforts with us.
It's a bit of the beaten track and very peaceful.
We were received exceptionally. The hosts are dedicated and attentive. A word of attention to Mr Luis and Filipe who provided me with an excellent conversation / company. The pool was sublime and breakfast was perfect. 2 days of peace and quiet. Amazing place!
a beautifully and very tasteful recently restored Quinta. surrounded by winyards,kiwi and lush plants. it’s absolutely quiet with sun beds and chairs to relax outside.
the breakfast was very good, including lots of fresh fruit.
we travelled by bicycle and had a problem so the owner came by car and picked us up in the village. he was extremely helpful and nice. thanks so much.

Everything was excellent. Surrounded by vineyards, sunflowers and fruit trees. Paradise! The place was beautiful, spotless and luxurious, a true labour of love.The pool was perfect. The hosts were lovely, friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to give us rooms next to each other. Loved the nearby town and surrounding area. Can't wait to go back.
