Location is beautiful and breakfast is first rate. The pool is in a great spot but it was early in the season so a bit cold for us. Very scenic views. Nice bird watching. Helpful staff.

Beautiful accommodation that was impeccably clean and a warm, helpful, caring owner that worked hard to ensure her guests had a wonderful experience. Close to market and walking distance to many restaurants. Also was able to do several good hikes directly from the property.

wonderful peaceful and quiet location and a really imaginative adaptation of an old Monastery en route to the Serra Estrella by motorcycle. Great meal, lovely waiting staff and exceptional own wine and atmospheric lounges in the former ancient buildings and lovely dining room with terraces overlooking the valley. Our room was on the lower level and was well appointed with a lovely sunny balcony above a gorgeous wild garden thrumming with nature.
