It is a fantastic apartment.Amazing location.Slightly away from Kotor ,located on the hill.It is so clean, and the new look ,everything, including shower gel, is there for you, and the host is amazing .They gave us a homemade cake .Washing machine available. It's peaceful and quiet with a small kitchen .As you are away from town you need to buy some food and drinks before .I knew about it, so for us, it wasn't a surprise.I give it 10 out 10
the complex is in a beautiful place, the hosts and staff are very friendly, they will go out of their way to meet your every wish. hygiene is at an enviable level. each apartment has everything necessary for a family stay and a complete kitchen. the beach is close, it is very quiet and peaceful. who wants a real vacation for every recommendation!
Amazing and quiet place near Kotor. Very confortable and clean, with breath taking views and luxury details in every part of the residence. It’s well connected to several touristic attractions in the area. The owners are friendly and helpful. We really enjoy the breakfast full of fresh local products. We hope to come back soon!
Landscape! Definitely the most special thing about this house is the view it has. Other than that, we loved that the house was renovated. The location is also great. By the sea. It is not as crowded as Budva and Kotor. Calm, quiet and peaceful. Aaaand Sandra, our hostess, was very helpful. Thank you for everything🙏💗🌸
We loved the location- this is the best thing about this property. It was set back from the road so it was very quiet and peaceful. But it was so close to the sea and restaurants/bars. It was ten minute walk from the old town which was great. The just was so friendly and welcoming! We loved that there was a washing machine there. The AC was great in the property and the kitchen was well equipped for our breakfast/ lunch needs.
We loved the large terrace and the view towards the Bay.
It is a quiet peaceful location.
The apartment was also much closer to the old town than we expected. About 10mins walk to the old town and beach.

Kotor is a beautiful place to visit.
Palazzo Sbutega is a great place to stay when in Kotor Bay - a place with elegance and exceptional hospitality. Nigel and Filip were great with taking care of every detail and we felt as at home.
The view from the room was amazing, overlooking the bay and mountains. It was quiet and peaceful. There are a few nice restaurants with a walking distance and 10 minutes drive to Kotor or 20 to Tivat with plenty of other choices. There are also a few hiking trails starting there or close by.
