the complex is in a beautiful place, the hosts and staff are very friendly, they will go out of their way to meet your every wish. hygiene is at an enviable level. each apartment has everything necessary for a family stay and a complete kitchen. the beach is close, it is very quiet and peaceful. who wants a real vacation for every recommendation!

It was quiet and peaceful

We loved the large terrace and the view towards the Bay. It is a quiet peaceful location. The apartment was also much closer to the old town than we expected. About 10mins walk to the old town and beach. Jadranka our host was so helpful. Kotor is a beautiful place to visit.

Lovely outside area and pool, peaceful and quiet. Staff were great and food very good. Nice to be outside of Kotor Town as can be very busy but walk or taxi very easy. Enjoyed the speed boat to Blue cave from the apartment.

Spacious living room and terrace, own parking space separated from the main road. This is a relatively quiet and peaceful area around the lake, 1 minute to the pier for boat trip/swimming/paddleboarding. Easy to get around, convenience shop within walking distance. The landlord Mr Zoran is very kind and responsive. Highly recommended for family and friends.

Host: Mirko was fantastic (and his son and brother). He told great local stories, gave great tips for walking the walls and offered tips for local food spots. What we loved most was their family history - their family have been at this property for 300 years / 5 generations. Location: peaceful, quiet, away from main crowds, views over mountains, great local BBQ restaurant nearby and a swimming spot only 30m away. Room: clean, comfy bed, great shower and lovely outdoor sitting area. We would defiantly stay here again! Thanks Mirko

What we liked most about the property was the amazing view from our windows—it was beautiful every time we looked outside. The place was very calm and incredibly quiet, which made it perfect for relaxing. The washrooms were clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed, with all the cutlery and a fridge in place. Plus, the location was great, with restaurants right in front of us and the beach very close by. The view and the peaceful atmosphere really made our stay enjoyable.

Palazzo Sbutega is a great place to stay when in Kotor Bay - a place with elegance and exceptional hospitality. Nigel and Filip were great with taking care of every detail and we felt as at home. The view from the room was amazing, overlooking the bay and mountains. It was quiet and peaceful. There are a few nice restaurants with a walking distance and 10 minutes drive to Kotor or 20 to Tivat with plenty of other choices. There are also a few hiking trails starting there or close by.
